The UFR is the Commonwealth of Massachusetts filing requirement for an organization who provides social services directly or indirectly through a contract with the Commonwealth. We prepare or review this requirement which is submitted via e-file with the Operational Services Division (OSD). Requirements include and Independent Auditor Report, financial statements, a management letter, and the UFR Audit Service Checklist. Our clients are also trained to prepare portions of the UFR.
